Who is Sunview

Sunview Consulting Incorporated came together in late 2010, the result of a natural evolution of the technical, design and social sensibilities of three progressive and well established consulting firms; HotdogTree, Delamee, and Sunview Solutions.


Driven by a philosophy of technical agnosticism and customer satisfaction. We specialize in exceeding the expectations of our clients, delivering small to enterprise level solutions in both the public and private sector, that are the best solution for our customers and the markets they serve.


We have a simple set of axioms that we strive to achieve within our corporation and project externally into the community.

Our Corporate Policy

Our policy is to deliver useful and successful solutions to our clients. While we are an IT company, our policy also includes being as Green as possible and also being socially responsible.


Sunview is a progressive company and as such we take our social responsibilities seriously. Sunview is devoted to supporting our community. Each year Sunview donates a portion of its profit to a selected charity in order to give back to the community that supports us.

Steve Labrecque

Managing Partner


Over the course of the last 15 years, as the founder of Sunview Solutions Incorporated and more recently as a managing partner here at Sunview Consulting, Steve has been instrumental in the delivery of several key cornerstone initiatives for Government and Private Industry. Steve’s focus within Sunview Consulting is on Client Management and Business Development, ensuring that delivery exceeds every expectation of our clients.

Nick Kapov P.Eng.

Managing Partner


Nick has in over 20 years of experience managing large complex system enterprise projects. He has been heavily involved in major government initiatives and Fortune 500 corporate IT roadmaps. Nick brings a wealth of project management and quality assurance experience to Sunview. Focused on governance and project management, he is a vital contributor to the success Sunview prides itself in.

Clinton Robinson

Managing Partner


Clint has been active in the Toronto IT landscape for over 10 years. After first working with a local IT consulting firm, Clint left in 2005 to start the interactive company HotdogTree INC. Clint delivered projects for the largest advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Focused on delivering successful projects for his clients, Clint has now taken the reigns of Sunview's internal product development shop.


Clint has a MSc. Computing and Information Sciences from Queens' University, Kingston Ontario. He currently is researching and developing new methods of rapid application development focused on mobile and ubiquitous access.
