What can you expect while working at Sunview?
Each of Sunview's founders come from a development background. While we have moved into project management, we understand tech from the ground up.
This position will be a strategic role responsible in supporting the business development initiatives of our firm as well as implementing projects to several of our key clients. This includes:
You take a proactive approach to identifying client needs, are excited by the idea of growing with our company with the longer term potential of moving into a Project Manager role. You can actively create new opportunities and are genuinely interested in providing useful products to our clients to help solve their business pain points. The ideal candidate would have previous experience developing an IT project is some capacity (we are looking for someone who understands current technology and future trends and who can leverage this knowledge).
The “must haves”
The development team lead is an experienced developer who has successfully launched small to large scale projects for one or more clients. This role should be comfortable with client facing meetings and represent Sunview and our interests on an on-going basis to the client. The development team lead should also demonstrate experience leading and mentoring other, more junior developers on a project; not just from a development standpoint, but also from a business standpoint. This role will be responsible for a portfolio of development projects.

The ideal candidate for the web developer role would be someone who has experience building HTML5 + CSS3 + JS websites and can show a portfolio of such projects. The projects do not have to be paid projects, they can even be personal projects. We are looking for a talented individual who can grow into a more experienced developer with Sunview. Someone who is excited by technologies such as NodeJS and MongoDB would get extra points.
